At Beca House Wholesale, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality coffee and dependable service.

 

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, wholesale coffee products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if there is an issue with your order — including damaged product, incorrect shipment, or quality concerns — please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

 

Equipment & Merchandise

Non-perishable merchandise or equipment (if applicable) may be eligible for return or exchange depending on condition and timing. Return eligibility will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
